This file provides information on the installation of HyperStudio. You are given the option of installing the full HyperStudio package onto your hard drive or perform a minimum installation of HyperStudio.
Note:
A full installation of HyperStudio takes up approximately 9 megabytes of free space on your hard drive. This option will install the complete HyperStudio package including all of the sample stacks, HS Art, HS Sounds and NBA folders onto your hard drive.
A minimum installation of HyperStudio only installs the HyperStudio program, My Stacks folder, HS Art, HS Sounds, NBA's and the Ready Made Cards folder onto your hard drive. This option is preferred if you do not have the hard disk space available for a full installation.
To Install HyperStudio to your hard disk
1. Insert the HyperStudio CD into the cd drive.
2. Double-click on the icon labeled "HyperStudio Installer".
3. Click "Install" to install the full HyperStudio package onto your hard drive or
select "Custom Install" to access the minimum installation option.
4. Click "OK", when the installation is complete.
This Install program will create a folder called HyperStudio on your hard drive, and will copy the files into this folder.
You are now ready to personalize HyperStudio and begin creating cool stacks of your own! Be sure to enter the serial number exactly as it is printed on your registration card. Store your HyperStudio CD in a safe place.
